Chairman Graham takes a crash course in sail making. |

| Graham has set himself the mammoth task of making a full set of sails for both Victory and redoutable. |
The sails are accurate right down to the blue wavy lines painted on Navy sails to stop them from being stolen. |
This view of the finished sails show just how good they look. |

Figurehead build |
The decision to make the model so large meant that the Figurehead had to look about right. I fancied the challenge so I volunteered. |
The Plug was made of timber and large amounts of milliput which was carved and moulded to shape, to get the very fine detail I used paper cut to shape then glued on. |

The first Figurehead moulded was painted up and mounted with a plaque to present to the Captain and Crew of HMS Victory |

How to make Stern Decorations |
| First draw out the image to scale size on a piece of paper. |
Then lay the image on some rolled out plastercine, and using a pin, prick the paper to mark out the outline of the image. |
Now indent the plastercine and pour in some resin, job done. |
